Plastic welding system
Despite its compact form factor of only 320×663 mm² and a height of 533 mm, it has everything needed for laser welding of plastics. Laser class 1 compliance is ensured, so no additional protective kit is required during operation. All necessary components are already included in the basic version. The housing contains the laser along with the cooling, beam shaping and guiding system, as well as the necessary controls.
The EvoWeld Mini is technically equipped to enable all industry standard processes. Welding contours are programmed and adjusted using the intuitive EvoLaP software. This means that plastic welding processes developed on the EvoWeld Mini can be transferred very easily to more advanced products in the Evosys portfolio. Optional for the welding system are various add-ons for process and quality monitoring.
