Kit for manual laser welding

Working with manual laser welding systems requires the highest level of personal protection. That is why we have prepared ready-made laser welding kits that combine key elements of operator protection in one comprehensive package. Each kit has been designed with real-world laser welding conditions in mind and contains certified personal protective equipment that complies with applicable European standards.

What does the laser welding kit contain?

Each set includes three key protective elements:

A laser helmet that protects the eyes and face from laser radiation and welding light
Protective gloves for laser welding
Protective apron protecting the operator’s torso from scattered laser radiation

Laser welding helmet, fully certified in accordance with laser safety and welding protection standards. For face and eye protection when working with handheld, high-performance laser welding systems. Also suitable for all other types of welding, surface cleaning, and grinding (TIG, MMA, PWA, MIG, MAG).

Protective apron

It is made of breathable material that protects against scattered laser radiation with wavelengths ranging from 180 to 11,000 nm. It provides full protection for the upper torso and is equipped with numerous features that increase comfort, such as width adjustment and easy opening and closing with Velcro or a zipper. The advantage is the high durability of the material and the possibility of repeated washing at 40°C. Protective gloves

Intended for use with scattered laser radiation. Not suitable for protection against direct exposure to laser beams!
