PRECITEC original parts for cutting heads
PRECITEC protective glass
The protective glass prevents the high-quality laser optics from being contaminated and damaged by splashes from the cutting or welding process. Quick replacement ensures a very short interruption in the production process. Depending on the system, the protective glass is installed directly in the sensor cartridge or in a replaceable cartridge and is cooled by the flowing cutting gas.
Nozzle for PRECITEC cutting head
The nozzle is screwed to the ceramic part and can be easily replaced in case of wear. Custom-made products and selected alloys define quality in terms of longevity and pleasant handling. Original nozzles and sensor cartridges are very precise. Minimal concentricity tolerance reduces or avoids the need to readjust the lens when replacing it.
PRECITEC ceramic part
It acts as a thermal insulator and a barrier between the nozzle and the sensor. Such protection provides protection for the head in case of impact. The original ceramic is characterized by excellent heat resistance and durability.
