The laser welding visor with blower is an advanced tool that combines modern technology and comfort. Its construction is designed to provide maximum protection and comfort during intensive work in harsh conditions.
The filter in the visor is made of certified plastic, which ensures not only high quality, but also durability and heat resistance. The color of the visor is black/anthracite.
The visor is equipped with an automatic optical filter (ADF) that offers a VLT (A) of 19% in the open (bright) state. As a result, it provides excellent visibility during the welding break, allowing you to work comfortably before you start welding. The 4-8/8-12 shade provides automatic glare protection, and the fast ADF switching time (40µs) guarantees instant response to changes in welding conditions.
Thanks to its unique design, the visor offers a wide 96 x 46.5 mm field of view for comfortable welding. The minimum distance of the ADF from the eye increases visibility and enables better control of the work being performed.
The design of the visor is extremely robust. The aluminum visor is heat resistant, reaching resistance up to 600°C.
The flexible and adjustable head grip allows the visor to be customized to the user’s individual needs, ensuring comfort even when worn for long periods of time. The visor’s ergonomic design ensures a perfect fit, and its weight of 624 g does not cause fatigue or discomfort during intensive work.
Blower specifications
PAPR EN 12941 TH3 P R SL and AS/NZS 1716 certification provide the highest quality protection you can trust in harsh working conditions. The blowing system is designed with safety and comfort in mind, and its effectiveness is confirmed by international standards.
The unit’s airflow can be adjusted in two modes: low (170+ l/m) and high (210+ l/m). Thanks to this flexibility, the system adapts to a variety of operating conditions and provides adequate ventilation in different environments.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the device offers different operation options depending on the type of battery. The standard battery provides up to 9 hours of operation at low airflow and 5-6 hours at higher speed. For longer operation, there is an extended battery pack that allows for 15 hours of operation at low speed and 9 hours at high speed. Charging time for the standard battery is just 1 hour, while the extended battery charges in 2 hours. The batteries have a lifetime of 550 charging cycles.
The P3 filter, which is part of the system, provides protection against dust and welding fumes. Its efficiency is ≥99.97%, which guarantees a high level of filtration and safety. With built-in visual, audible and vibration alarms, users are kept informed of the system’s status, further enhancing safety during operation.
The device operates over a wide temperature range, from -5°C to +55°C, and at relative humidity below 90%. For storage, the device can be kept at -10°C to +55°C, with relative humidity below 85%.
Finally, it is worth noting that the weight of the device is 1020 g, which makes it comfortable and does not overburden the user, even with prolonged use.
